Working with FB Movers was easy and pleasant from start to finish. I was referred to them by my neighbor who had used their services. I requested a quote through their website on Thursday night right after we closed the escrow for a new house. Sean got back to me the next day in the morning and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. Even though we wanted to move literally in a few days Sean could work on his schedule and put our move into his calendar. What I really liked is that Sean emailed me the summary of our conversation with a work order form for my revision. I liked such transparency a lot. On the moving date Den, Alex and Jorge came in time. They signed the paperwork with me, went through the house and were very attentive. The move from Dallas to Plano for a 3-bedroom house with a partial pack took 11 hours. We had a lot of stuff! I was amazed by how the guys fit everything into one truck. I believe it was a 26-footer. Probably 4 movers would be more efficient but that's on me who I should blame because I told that I would have everything packed in boxes; in reality, the guys had to pack more than 30 boxes. They worked hard, didn't complain and were super friendly yet quick and didn't mill any time. I highly recommend their friendly and professional moving services for anyone moving in the DFW area.

My movers cancelled on me last minute. Well, I was panicking until I reached out for Sean from FB Movers. I was referred to Friendly Bros by a self-storage owner where I had some stuff. My moving project was quite large: 3-bdrm house in Plano + 10x10 storage unit in Dallas - all going to a new house in Plano. The team led by Den did my move in 1.5 days with no damages. All team members were polite, careful and made sure I and my family didn't stress at all. It looks like we are not planning to move for quite some time; however, if we decide to move we know that Friendly Bros will be our pick!

Den and Alex are the best. The packed my entire 800 sq ft 1-bdrm apartment and moved faster than I expected. The crew was very careful with all of my stuffed. They impressed me how well they packed every single piece of furniture with pads and plastic. FB Movers saved a lot of time by using garment boxes for loose stuff and my hanging clothing. Honestly, that was my first time hiring pro movers and I was a bit nervous but decided to give them a try as Sean was patient on the phone and explained what to expect from his guys. The crew exceeded my expectations. I recommend Friendly Bros for anyone moving in Dallas.
